SWP series are JKZ’s newly designed and manufactured induction heating power supplies.
The SWP series equipment uses IGBT as the core component.
The equipment frequency covers the range of 6~60KHz.
The maximum single machine power up to 600KW.
The latest full digital control circuit and touch screen are used.
The operating system integrates a more powerful condition monitoring system,
reliable and stable wiring, simple maintenance, and the equipment can be equipped with
multiple remote control methods, which reduces the difficulty of automatic control.
It runs fully automatically under the control of external systems such as PLC.
Touch screen function:
Equipped touch screen with program, with the function of display all technical
parameters, such as voltage/current/power/frequency/ temperature
real-time monitoring all core components temperature
Manual working mode, power adjust from 1%-100% with the step of 1%
Automatic working mode, with the remote control of 0-10V/4-20mA/RS485 connectors,
accept remote signal control, realize control of remote start/stop, remote power
adjustment. Allow 40 groups/20 segments working data store.
